Decent cameras, easy install, setup was slightly annoying, but connectivity is stable, night vision works well as long as you don't zoom in, motion tracking is a little stiff but works, biggest downside is the subscription fee, its based per camera. So if your like me, and have 3 cameras, the basic package runs 6-10 dollars per camera, or you can attempt to sync the cameras with the base station and hope that they stay connected. Also, be aware that you will get a ton of notifications, I constantly get notified of human body detected, and it turns out to be my mailbox, a tree branch, or the reflection of a car's headlights. Battery life if great, and the solar panel works great even in low light, just charge the cameras before instal.
As for customer service, you'll go in circles trying to get any issue with the cloud subscription fixed, so all in all, for basic cameras, they are decent for the money, but you'd be better off buying SD cards for them or buying a pricier setup
