Great sprinkler, works at low pressure!
I’m reviewing this after 2 weeks of use. I’ve struggled to find a great sprinkler. Living on well-water, I need one that works at low pressure, because it’s just not wise to run the well all day long. Multiple reasons. So it’s been my aim to find a sprinkler that works at low pressure, that’s simple, and that’s easy to adjust. This one checks all three boxes.
Let me tell you why it suits my needs:
1. The arms are adjustable so that the nozzles point from up to almost 90º, parallel to the to the ground. Just twist the nozzle cap to the angle you desire on each of the three rotating arms. That one feature sells it for me. When I’d turn the faucet down low, other sprinklers quit working. They just sit there oozing water in a puddle. THIS sprinkler, however, runs well and runs fast at low pressure. So far that’s been exciting enough for me to come back here and leave a review, something I’ve almost stopped doing.
2. It has a 2nd hose connector for running a series of them off the same faucet. Just add a length of hose to the 2nd one, and you’re in business. This way, one faucet can probably water entire yards, depending on how many you need. I’m guessing that the last ones in a chain get very little pressure, so refer to my previous paragraph.
3. Though it’s made of plastic, it has a couple of metal weights to keep it where you put it. That’s nice, too.
One caveat: look through some of the reviewers’ pictures and you’ll find that many of them experienced breakage after a short time. I love this sprinkler so much I’m willing to take that chance and to treat it very carefully. Your mileage may vary. Since that hasn’t happened to me yet, I’m willing to give it 5 stars, because so far it’s been the best rotating sprinkler I’ve ever used. Very happy with it, so far.
