ieGeek 2K Split-Screen Baby Monitor, 5" WiFi 2 Cameras, Night Vision

We’ve been using this product for almost two years and have had no issues with it! Very easy to setup. The monitor connects every where in the house with strong signal. High quality video and make us have peace about our kids.

Just one month before our warranty expired, the monitor developed a problem and stopped charging.

I reached out to customer support via email and provided my order date and order number. To my surprise, they shipped me a brand-new monitor without any hesitation or hassle!

I’m really impressed with their amazing customer service and how quickly they resolved the issue. It’s great to know that a company stands behind its products. Now we can continue using these cameras for many more years!

I’ve been really happy with this baby monitor. The picture quality is clear, and the night vision works very well, making it easy to check on the baby even in a dark room. I especially like having two cameras and the split-screen feature because I can monitor two different areas at the same time.

Setup was straightforward, and I like having both the dedicated monitor and the option to check the cameras from my phone. The two-way audio is clear, and the motion and cry alerts are helpful. The temperature and humidity readings are also a nice extra feature for keeping an eye on the room conditions.

Overall, it has been convenient, easy to use, and packed with useful features. I would definitely recommend it to parents looking for a two-camera baby monitor.

Good value and quality for a double monitor option. Lots of extra features we don't even use (sounds, lights, speaker, etc.) but I do appreciate being able to view the cameras in the app from anywhere and it allows good flexibility as far as volume level & video setup. Very easy to unplug/ move the cameras with minimal repeat setup, and the monitor itself feels decent quality. The battery is pretty good on the power saver settings.

I have owned this system almost a full year, and began having some issues with the monitor's connection to one of the cameras. I contacted their customer service about the warranty, and they sent me a replacement monitor which has been working much better. They also extended the warranty, which I appreciate.

Only critiques are the mic button is too close to the menu button, and it has a slightly annoying alert beep, but that's pretty much standard.

Video and sound quality are good, the screen size is good and we like the ability to set up 2 cameras and monitor both from the 1 screen or from our phones on the app. The monitor screen itslef doesnt always stay connected even with good connectivity and nothing seeminly interferring with reception. The back piece that props it up is flimsy and lasted functionally for the first few months. The antena broke at close to a year old. We reached out to support to see if we could order a replacement monitor/scrren and eventually they responded and shipped us a replacement free of charge. The replacement monitor is a newer version and appears to be a sturdier design.

After about a year of use, the monitor started having issues charging, and one of the cameras stopped working. I reached out to ieGeek support expecting a bit of a hassle, but I was pleasantly surprised. Their team was very responsive, walked through a few quick troubleshooting steps, and then quickly approved a replacement under their warranty.

They sent a new monitor and camera, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The new unit is working great so far, and we’re back to having a reliable setup.

While it’s never ideal to run into issues, I really appreciate a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. Great experience with their support team.

The only nit picky thing I’d say it the monitors battery isn’t the best. Last about 8 hours. (I like to keep the screen on)

overall this is a great product I also recommend buying the adjustable cable that clamps to the crib it’s very strong and keeps the camera steady(it also comes with hardware to mount to a wall)

I think this is absolute worth the price!

Was a wonderful camera and system until the camera to my daughters room was hacked. The first time we heard a loud "HEY" but it was during the day no one was in the room and me and my wife were genuinely scared but also thought maybe it was something else. Then a week layer we heard "WAKE UP GIRLS" super loud and woke us and both of our girls up from their sleep. Mind you we sleep on the other end of the house and heard it. So we decided to cover the camera lenses with black tape because we didnt have the money at the time to buy new ones and we've had these too long to reach out to the company for a refund. So we left them so we could at least hear if our girls were awake, then a few days later at 2:40 in the morning our time we heard a long and super loud whistle and scream. Lucky enough it didnt wake our kids up but it definitely woke me and my wife up so we decided we are done with these cameras and we are definitely going to put this out there for everyone. We live is a small town too so its crazy in all. Please for you and your children's sake please don't look further into investing into the cameras. Look at their brand history and their lawsuits. Goodluck and pay attention!!!

Initial review - March 19th 2024:

I need a little more time to give a thorough review. They were easy to set up and the monitor works, no trouble connecting to the two cameras. Split screen works well and our phones easily connected to the cameras as well. Quality of video is good. AI motion tracking is useful, but doesn’t follow someone if they move too fast.

Update - March 29th 2026:

I have these cameras in 2 rooms. One in the room next door to the modem (bdr A) and the other camera in the room (bdr B) across from bdr A.

Bdr A’s camera never has any issues being nextdoor to the modem. Bdr B’s camera disconnects constantly. Bdr B is about 30-35ft away from modem. It’s fine after being unplugged and plugged back in, but I have to make sure to unplug and replug as a part of kid’s bedtime routine or I can’t see my kid until I re-enter the room after night time put down to unplug and replug possibly having to go through the whole “goodnight songs/sayings” again because my toddler is extra and the routine is long enough already without having to do it again.
