It is my pleasure to offer a five star review of this product. This flosser does a superior job and gives an excellent range of options as to how much pressure you wish to use. It is easy to hold, the water tank holds enough water for a thorough flossing without having to refill. The battery holds a charge for quite some time as advertised, which I put to the test with a two-week trip abroad and did not have to charge once.

And now for the really good bit. I've had my flosser for two months and it stopped working for no apparent reason. The troubleshooting guide on the website was clear and intuitive. I tried all of the solutions and on the first go round could not get the unit working again. At this point I contacted customer service via e-mail on a Saturday. I received a prompt reply saying they would respond to me first thing Monday morning. In the meantime, I gave a couple of the troubleshooting suggestions a second try and was pleasantly rewarded with a working unit. Meaning I would not have to go through the hassle of packaging and returning. Also saving me the embarrassment of returning a perfectly good unit. I sent them a second email (Sunday night) letting them know the unit was working. When I opened my e-mail on Monday morning at the top of the queue were two emails from customer service the first one with a few more suggestions for troubleshooting and the second one an e-mail responding to my second e-mail letting them know that I had got the unit working. Both emails reflected care and concern in a very professional and pleasant manner. I have been fortunate enough on many occasions to receive great customer service from manufacturers. In this case COLSUS stands out and I'm even happier with my purchase. Thank you!

I bought this very good H2ofloss IPX7 machine about a year ago. It lasted one month longer than its warranty and the battery quit charging. So I bought the higher rated COSLUS C20 for its higher #1 rating and better warranty. I found its lowest setting too powerful for me and its charging cable to have a proprietary connector which means it must be carried and used rather than a normal USB micro cable. Its charging connector cover also is not attached to the machine and therefore easy to lose if dropped. So I bought this H2ofloss IPX7 again. It has more speed levels, now comes with more accessories, and is still much better than the C20 but disappointingly has now changed to a proprietary cable connector as well rather than the original convenient USB micro. Meaning the cable now has to be carried if travelling like the C20. Making it less convenient than the older machine. Dumb change. But still overall the better choice. Please switch back to the generic USB micro.

I recently had a "All-in-4" dental implants and full upper and lower arches. This is the only rinse/flush/irrigation product I'd recommend. This one has a very gentle slow pressure setting for children and elderly, and let me tell it's perfect for flushing out the space between the arch and gums, gentle enough that I'm not concerned about possible injury to my gums from leaving it in a spot too long or cutting because the jet flow is too high. Also like that it's portable, so I can take it on trips . For me this is a must have. I'm very happy

Bought this specifically for vacation because I didn't want to give up my regular water flossing routine while traveling. Amazing dental floss/toothbrush. If you are a noob like me, you’re gonna get wet just keep a towel handy I’m actually very very impressed. I was not sure what to expect a purchase. This after being frustrated with some dental work I had done my dentist opened up the space between one of my back molars and the tooth in front of it instead of making it easier to floss it just made it easier for food to get jammed in between my teeth, the pressure on this dental floss is amazing and it definitely cleaned not only the problem area, but in between all of my teeth and gums. Only reason I gave this product four stars out of five is previous reviews claiming their toothbrush broke after a month or two of use. If this thing last me six months I’ll come back and change my star rating definitely worth the investment or just to give this type of toothbrush a try for now it will be added to my daily routine. I would have posted a photo, but apparently Amazon wants access to my entire photo library versus just the ones I wanna share.
