The price for the four-pack of motion detecting/tracking security cameras was very competitive. The installation is fairly straightforward, though it might be easier for someone who is handy with tools and drillilng and mounting, which I am not. That part took about 30-45 minutes for me from start to finish, with several starts and stops along the way to adjust the mounting position of the solar panel or camera, or both. The cable connecting the solar panel to the camera is very long, which is important, I guess, if they need to be located at some distance from one another in order to maximize solar charging while ensuring the camera is ideally positioned. In my setup, the camera is so close to the panel that I needed to tie up the excess cable.
The cameras connected pretty easily and quickly through the app, though the app itself is somewhat complicated to navigate, and I'm still learning all the features and settings. For now, I'm satisfied with the ability to manually operate the camera through my phone and check in when I need to. The motion detection is pretty sensitive and the tracking is pretty cool to see in action, whether you're walking by the camera or seeing it through the app. The video quality is outstanding, whether in color during the day or infrared (or color) at night.
Again, I haven't tested out all the cameras' bells and whistles yet, but so far, I'm very satisfied with these cameras.
