A workhorse. Anodized finish sheds everything, pans work well on induction. Have used everything but the flat grill, don't care for spatters! Husband hasnt managed to scratch anything.
Very satisfied with this set of cookware. Perfect for cooking on my new induction cooktop. So far they're very non-stick...though I have sprayed lightly with canola oil before heating. Would be nice if lid handles didn't heat up but I can deal with that. Someone mentioned their heft being a problem but am in my 80s and no problem there either. Good buy.

3 months in and the non stick is still pretty descent. More on that a year from now. The problem is a minor fall of about 4 feet onto packed earth warped the side enough that the lid no longer fits on the 10 inch skillet. Maybe I shouldn't have forgotten the skillet after scrambling some chicken eggs, but I think we can all agree that possums are jerks.

When they say nonstick they mean it!
In fact when used right (Warm pan, add butter/oil, warm, then add food), I accidently shoved out food out of the skillet on to the stove because it moved too easy!
So easy to clean and great lids! (Lids slightly different sized so keep them on the right item when storing to avoid steam issues.)
10" Skillet is fantastic for omelets! (But too small for more than a pound of hamburger to be able to turn it. Consider also getting the 12" Skillet.)
I wash in dishwasher and remove before heated drying cycle to dry quickly on stove.
We happily used a cheap set of Cuisinart cookware for 4.5 years, I was excited to upgrade to this as a Christmas gift. It cost 5x as much. I've given it a full five months now and honestly have been very disappointed and can't recommend them at all. They seem like they were designed and tested by someone who never cooked more than a pancake... Here are the major issues that would have me looking elsewhere:
1. The size of the bottom of the medium size pot. The tapered shape means it doesn't come close to covering a large burner. Only a small one. Takes forever to heat anything. We have a radiant electric glass top stove. I'm sure this would be an issue with anything except possibly induction.
2. Lid size. The large pot and skillet lids are a fraction of an inch different and aren't interchangeable. I'm sick of grabbing the wrong one. Why on earth wouldn't you make these the same?
3. Unlike our old cheaper cookware with stainless steel handles, these have aluminum handles. Aluminum conducts heat very well. They become too hot to touch after a few minutes on heat. This was never an issue with the steel ones before.
4. The nonstick coating on the handle studs. Thought this was a great idea, but it started flaking off within a couple uses and is now largely gone. We babied them at first and only washed with a soft sponge. Be prepared to pick teflon flecks out of your food.
5. The coating on the top ridge of the pan will scratch off and look bad quickly. Not a huge deal, but it didn't happen on the old pans and looks pretty bad.
These are simply not worth the price. Baffled by the overwhelming positive reviews. Either get something cheaper or learn how to use stainless.

I love the set but the handles get extremely hot on the pots and on the lids.
