I recently purchased the Hiseeu 6MP PoE Security Camera System, and I can confidently give it a full 5‑star rating. From the moment I installed it, I was impressed by the overall value it delivers. Purchased these Hiseeu PTZ POE cameras so that I can keep an eye on my Yorkie who has heart disease when I have to leave him home for short periods of time. Yesterday my Son and I hooked 1 of the 2 cameras up w/the NVR to my TV and installed the app onto my phone, doing both was fairly pretty easy!! The 6mp Picture quality is fine for my needs, a little blurry but I may be able to adjust all that once I figure out how to fully use everything with the system. I like the PTZ Function... I have it set up on my 1st floor where I can move the views around through the app or with the mouse on my TV screen and see everything within all of the open rooms on my 1st floor.

I am an Electrical Contractor that installs some seriously expensive security camera system.

I purchased this setup for my daughter's small farm. I was out of town and wanted something that was plug and play, with better quality than her existing camera setup.

This is not a casino quality system, but they are not charging those kind of prices for this system. The cameras seem to be durable and sturdy. The night time images look good. The range is great at this price point.

Just 1 network cable to each camera and that's it. POE eliminates the need for a separate power cable.

Setup was a breeze. They had the system up and running in one day. So far everything is working great.

Keep in mind, your images are only as good as the monitor you connect the system to.

Received the cameras and set it up today. Fairly simple. I had a couple of problems but I worked my way through it. Good instructions and online help. it's now working perfectly. I'm real happy with it. Good value for the money.

4k camera but its not capable of reading any lisence plates which defeats the purpose. Also does not support human detection. Cameras itself seem very fragile and flimsy. Doesn't seem like a product meant to last.

I have two different manufacturers camera systems with matching NVR,s. The first one I purchased was just 4 cameras and an 8 port NVR to start with for outside protection during construction. It was basically a test system before I purchased the larger system for the inside. It worked ok but wasn’t easy to access online and would drop or lag way behind. This system started having issues with NVR after 3 years. I called in November of 2025, waited almost two hours on hold before technical support picked up. They told me to reset the NVR and call back if I had any problems and hung up the phone before I could tell him already tried that twice. Called them back and left a message and sent an email still no response from that manufacturer. It’s now January 9, 2026 and still no answer.

The other system I have two NVRs running 32 on one and 9 on the other. They’re not any better when it comes to customer service. You cant call them only email and wait for a response to your question. Both times I had an issue and have emailed all I get back is a PDF of the manual no answer to the question. You can see in the monitors bottom right no camera view and still no way to resolve the issue.

I purchased 8 cameras and an NVR from Hiseeu and had one camera not responding. Tried testing on a short Cat5e I knew was tested and good, still the camera wouldn’t connect. Reached out to Hiseeu for help and got an answer with in two hours and a replacement camera shipped at no cost and no hassle to return the defective camera. Received the new camera plugged it in and now have all eight working perfectly. The hours I spent with the other manufacturers and still nothing back. It took one email and 15 minutes to fix the Hiseeu issue.
