I've was ecstatic to try the Lunix LX23 Red Light Therapy for Hand and I'm genuinely impressed. The device is very durable, it's comfortable to wear, and the adjustable straps keep it securely in place without feeling restrictive.

What I've noticed most is how much better my hand feels after consistent use. It seems to help reduce stiffness, and my hand feels more comfortable and flexible throughout the day. I've also noticed improved function, making everyday tasks feel easier and less fatiguing. I’ve been really happy with this device so far. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and the vibration feature is my favorite—it adds a soothing, relaxing sensation during use. I also like that it’s cordless and rechargeable, which makes it convenient to incorporate into my routine. My only con is that I wish the battery lasted a little longer between charges. I was invited to participate in product testing for this company, and the invitation came at an opportune moment for me. I was recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both hands and a pretty uncomfortable case of tennis elbow, exacerbated by my recent discovery of a love of woodworking, and let me tell you, sanding and hand planing is pretty tortuous on your wrists and elbows.

Anyway, I selected to test this product, and I have to say that I have found it to be fairly effective in relieving discomfort. I have only been using it for a week, on average 30 minutes a day, so I cannot say that I have tested every function thoroughly but the redlight does seem to help ease some of the pain in my elbow.

I have not needed to use this on my shoulders or knees yet but that this can be adapted to several different joints making it versatile. There are several extra neoprene (I think) hook and loop straps to help you get the right fit for wherever you are placing the unit. I would say that fitting on your elbow is a bit difficult only because it is a little large and you will need to use some of the extra straps to get it tight enough (plus placing it with one hand and getting it tight enough is difficult for fairly obvious reasons, I think).

I imagine once I am able to include consistent utilization of this into my evening wind down my pain level will only decrease more. Overall, I am happy with this.

I’ll be honest—I was very skeptical about this infrared therapy unit when I first received it. However, after using this even the first time, I can absolutely say I am now a firm believer and couldn’t be happier with the results—especially for my shoulder pain.

My shoulder pain had reached a pretty intense level (easily an 8–10, with 10 being severe), and it was impacting my day-to-day comfort. After using this device, my pain has noticeably dropped to about a 1–4 range. While it hasn’t completely eliminated the pain, the improvement is very real and significant, and I’m genuinely pleased with how much relief I’ve experienced. I’ve also seen improvement in my knee pain (which was minor compared to my shoulder pain), which has been a great bonus.

One of the things I really appreciate about this unit is its flexibility. You can set the treatment time up to 30 minutes in 5-minute increments, which makes it easy to tailor sessions based on your needs. The vibration function is another great feature—it has multiple levels and is surprisingly strong for a battery-operated device.

It also includes additional customizable settings like pulse modes, adjustable intensity, and different light patterns. I like that you can choose between 850nm and 660nm wavelengths combinations depending on your preference and treatment goals.

In terms of usability, the unit is very easy to attach to the knee. The shoulder attachment is a bit more challenging to secure on your own, but it’s definitely manageable—and much easier if you have someone to help position it properly. Extension straps are also included with the unit, allowing it to fit comfortably over different areas or larger joints. I didn’t use it on my elbow as I don’t have elbow pain.

For context, I don’t recall any specific injury that caused my shoulder pain, so I suspect it may be related to aging or possibly years of side sleeping. Regardless of the cause, this device has made a noticeable difference.

Overall, this has been a very worthwhile purchase and the level of relief I’ve experienced has exceeded my expectations, especially given how skeptical I was starting out. I’m very happy with the results and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to others dealing with similar joint pain.

Issue with controls. Keeps saying error..have keep hitting on and off button. Eventually it stays on and I get use it. It only been a week but seems be helping with my pain

Recently, I discovered the LX23 Red Light Therapy for Hand and purchased it right away. Because I suffer from osteoarthritis in all my fingertips, my hands always feel tired, and I've formed a habit of constantly rubbing them. As a result, I rely heavily on hand massagers and naturally take a strong interest in various devices.

After using this new device for about a week, my initial impression was that the physical pressure felt weaker compared to my previous model, leaving me unsure if it was actually massaging properly. So, I started researching the 850nm and 660nm LED wavelengths and learned that these light waves penetrate deeply into the skin to provide therapeutic benefits from within.

Even though there is no explicit physical squeezing motion, using it consistently every morning and evening made a noticeable difference. My fingers, which usually feel slightly swollen and stiff upon waking, now feel significantly softer, smoother, and lighter.

I know that using a device like this won't magically reverse osteoarthritis. However, for a $100-range home care device that targets both the surface and deeper layers of the skin, I am extremely satisfied with the results. Restations with my hand inside this machine bring me immense comfort and peace.

The battery life is also impressive—I've been using it for a week on a single charge. Plus, its compact and lightweight design makes it super convenient to keep right on my nightstand. Moving forward, I plan to use both devices together: the previous one when I need a deep, firm physical massage, and this one for its deep-tissue light therapy benefits.

Having gained so much trust in this company, I am also planning to look into their foot massagers soon. I highly recommend this product to anyone who constantly suffers from hand and finger fatigue due to daily use!

This thing is GREAT. I've have Bicep Tendinopathy in my shoulder for years. I've been to Physical therapy, and that help a bit but mostly for mobility, not for the pain. I was about to get Shoulder Surgery after to cortisone shots, but wanted to try this out first. After using it for a few months my pain is almost gone. It comes back if I lift two hard or do things to aggravate it, but after using it for a couple of days its healed (mostly). Its definitely NOT a cure, but it helps a TON.

I also use it on my knees and back (you need to be a bit creative on how you strap it around your torso) after heavy squats or deadlifts, but it helps me recover much quicker - especially when your pushing 60.

For the price it's not great. Controls are not user friendly. Massage function is a loud vibration.
