SHAPERMINT Strapless Bra, No-Slip Wireless Bandeau with Sewn-in Cups

I am a 40C and I have never done well with strapless bras - EVER. So I needed one for a few of my blouses. I saw this one and checked the reviews and took a chance on it and VOILA! I love it - it is comfortable, and it comes with versatile straps also. I have worn it so far 3 times w/o straps and I did not have any problems. Kept the girls intact, no slipping down in the front or back and no riding up either. Awesome Coverage also. Color was perfect for see thru blouses. Thickness was perfect not too thick and not too thin. I washed it also in delicate no bleach of course and air dried it and it never lost it's shape.

GET THIS BRA. I was kind of hesitant bc I wasn’t sure if it would fit me. I’m weirdly sized, my breasts go down and out in 2 different directions instead of forward and down (think of a fat man lol). I’ve got really broad shoulders, I weigh anywhere between 320-340 lbs and I struggle with finding bras. I’ve been braless for the last 6 or 7 years bc of how hard it is to find me bras that are comfortable. Putting on a bra feels horrible, everything starts to weigh down. This bra however, feels lovely. It doesn’t force my breasts together in a tight compression, it handles the bounce test (the full tiptoes to heavy drop [they’re heavy loads lol]), it’s not uncomfortable, it helps with keeping them in place too. I also struggle with skin rashes under my breasts and it seems to be working just fine with the rash I have currently. I can breathe normally, when with regular bras I struggle to breathe. The girls are nicely held, the material is like a stretchy type of fabric but feels gentle on the skin. Haven’t tried to straps and probably won’t, as I don’t really need to (having gone braless for so long). I got the 4xl and there’s a little bit of a roll in the back at the bottom but that’s just bc of the way I’m shaped LOL. This bra is fantastic, I hope to lose weight to wear the 3xl I got too. Didn’t try it on as just putting on the 4xl is doing its job. It also holds the side boob in nicely, which can be an issue when trying to find bras. I love this bra already 🫶🫶🫶🫶

Title: Great for thin-strap dresses—just watch the heat

I bought this in June when the weather was still fairly mild and absolutely loved it. It’s comfortable, stays in place, and as someone who is chesty, I was impressed with how well it held everything together without straps. I especially loved wearing it with my thin-strap summer dresses—it gave me the support I wanted without bra straps showing.

Once the really hot weather arrived, though, I started having an issue with the sticky elastic edges. In the heat, both the top and bottom edges would rub and leave red marks and occasionally make my skin a little sore.

Now that the weather is back in the 70s, I’m wearing it again with no irritation and loving it just as much as I did when I first bought it. Overall, a great bra for me and perfect under my thin-strap dresses—just not something I’ll reach for on really hot days.

Here's my mini review on the Shapermint Everyday Empower Convertible Bandeau Bra - basically its a strapless bra.

I bought this in black in a 3XL since I'm about a 42D. You just pull it over your head, there is no clasp. It's big, meaning it covers your boobs and goes down to the top of your stomach. It isn't something you would wear under a plunging top. It's elastic and it is very comfortable. I didn't notice it rolling down at all. There are also loops to attach straps which are included. Because it is big, if you are wearing a top or dress with deep armholes the bra will show.

Does it give you as much support as a strapless bra with underwire? No but the support is decent and it feels so much better. I find that the underwire on most strapless bras digs into my upper stomach when I'm sitting down.

If you need a basic strapless bra that doesn't plunge, this is a good choice.

I had rotator cuff surgery eight weeks ago and have been going to physical therapy for 5 weeks.

I found that I was not able to wear I regular bra, as it was too painful and putting too much pressure on the surgical shoulder.

I decided to purchase a strapless bra to get me through the interim period and purchased several different kinds of strapless bras (which, by the way are not inexpensive) and I was not satisfied or happy with any of them.

I decided to take a chance and purchase the Shapermint Truekind Strapless Bandeau Bra with adjustable straps.

I sized up after reading the reviews because quite a few of them said that this bra ran on the small side and therefore the fit was extremely tight and was very uncomfortable.

I have worn this bra quite a few times now and I love it. It stays in place without the straps and gives a really good amount of support. It has molded cups, so " the girls" stay in place, it is soft and very comfortable.

I am so impressed with it, that I just ordered two more and the price is at least half the price of what you would pay in a retail store.

I highly recommend this product to anyone searching for a strapless bra and you can't beat the price point!

I am a 32DDD or 34DD so I followed the sizing chart and ordered a large. I also ordered a medium because I was worried the large would be too loose under the bust and not give the support I wanted. Sadly the large fit just like I anticipated. The medium fit much more comfortably under the bust and gave me decent lift and security. But the top band was too tight and squeezed into the flesh under my armpits making it too uncomfortable to wear for any length of time, even a few hours. It also squished my boobs so they almost looked like a tire. The stitching where the loops for the straps attach was also aggravating. It likely only was due to the tightness. If I fit into a standard SML sizing, it likely wouldn’t have been as uncomfortable.

Once again, Man can make it to the moon, but they cannot make a structurally sound half bra. This is not for large breast women we need support on underneath the breasts and in the back you need to have adjustable closure in the back with support and thicker support underneath the breast this little stretchy material I feel for larger breasts, woman you wear it a couple of times it’s just gonna stretch right out and for the price I’m not willing to take the chance and it doesn’t make the breast sit up and look pretty it just kind of just lay there. Y’all can’t do better than this. A whole company cannot make a better bra than this even the reviews are not good on Amazon,. The reviews on Amazon is like 3.9 you have a whole company why isn’t it five stars that means people are complaining about this thing and you don’t even care to fix it. You have a whole company that makes all kind of underwear and this is what you put out for large size breast and then you selling us with all these commercials on Facebook and TikTok and whatever only for us to go ahead and buy this thing and now I have to be aggravated to find time to return because it does not fit I even ordered a smaller size and my breast just don’t have the supported look I want. If you just hv to have something get it, it is better than most of them I’ve tried, but I’m not sure for heavier breast how long it would last after a couple of washes and summer heat..I am disappointed do better Mint .!!!

I also don’t trust size charts becaue a lot of things are made internationally and good Lord they must measure boobage differently or something becaue the sizes are usually horribly off for me.

📝 REVIEW: This is more comfortable than I expected for a strapless bra. My dimensions: I am 5’2”, about 230lbs and wear anywhere from a 38D to a 40D or 40DD (depending on the bra manufacturer). The XL fit me well. I am even wondering if I could have sized down to a L, but I don’t know if it would have fit me like a tourniquet and made me miserable. Since it is a pullover type bandeau bra that doesn’t have hooks in the back, I also worried that a smaller aize would have forced me to fight to get it on. It is more secure than I expected and I would be comfortable engaging in light activities such running errands, going out to dinner, etc. I would not trust this bra to hold my girls in their assigned seats if I was doing something very rigorous that involved lots of bouncing ta-tas unless I used the included straps. Also , it has a silicone grippy strip across the top of the bra but not at the bottom for some reason. The bra does not give a lot boob definition since it doesn’t have underwire or anything, but I’m fine with that since the shirt I needed it for is kinda baggy and flowy. It has two mildly padded cups on the inside.

Overall, I am impressed. I bounced around a bit in the house and it didn’t fall down without the straps . I still wouldn’t trust it to NOT betray me and let my girls pull a Shawshank Redemption during heavy activity without straps.
