This TRATAK 100% pure Peppermint essential oil, is a very powerful animal repellant/ odor source and for that feature- this is a big jug of it. I diluted some of the oil with alcohol and spread it through a spray nozzle in areas where squirrels have almost moved in and I do not want them around vehicles, etc. Right away they are avoiding anywhere I sprayed the oil and this result was instant! My whole storage area now smells of Peppermint which is fine for me but not for little creatures! The oil does not seem to harm the creatures, but they definitely do not like it and will not get anywhere near it. I even sprayed a ring around the pole holding up my bird feeder and they stopped climbing up- instantly! It works! Now to see how long it lasts with rain and sunlight, etc. Very good price for this big jug- and again it works great as a small animal repellent without harming them. Great find!

Peppermint Essential Oil is my absolute favorite to use. It smells awesome and is very strong, so a little goes a loooooong way, is good for some pesk (spiders hate the smell) air/fabric freshener (becareful it can stain some fabrics or cause color runs if not diluted properly) if you boil it or add it to a spray bottle and extra bonus is this 100% uncut peppermint oil will open up your sinuses immediately :-)

This is very intense. I highly recommend that if you use it, you make sure not to spill it. I had an accident and the oil got on my sweatshirt, a month later the smell is still intense. I left my sweatshirt in the basement and the scent has kept any type of mice away. After about a month they sent has dissipated enough that I’m able to wash the shirt and there’s no set now. Point being I bought this to deter mice in my basement and it comes with a wonderful little eyedropper which I take and put on cotton balls around my basement to keep the mice away so far this year not one mouse turd. I give that five star stars.

Bought this product to keep mice out of my camper during the winter. So far, after 2 winters, it seems to have done the trick. The first 2 months my camper was closed up, I didn't have this and found mouse evidence, but after getting this, no more mice. This season I put it in my camper from day 1, and no mice evidence. Apply full strength to cotton balls, place on aluminum foil to keep oil from possibly damaging surfaces you place them on, and place them where you don't want mice. Very strong smell, not a bad smell, just strong because you need to use enough of them, the smell needs to be strong, to keep the mice away. Can be diluted and used to scent a house to your liking. I've tried other things to keep mice out of my camper for the winter, and this is the best by far. I remove the oil soaked cotton balls, a week or so before opening, and open the windows to air out the scent some, before using it again. Highly recommend for anything sitting for a long time, to keep mice away.

I give this 5 stars because it is a pure peppermint, very strong. The downside is the bottle is very small. the picture and price have you assume it's a larger bottle but it's not it can fit in palm of both hands together. I was expecting a larger size based on price. I did not return becasue the quality of the pepperment is uncut pure, which I like, but can be too strong depending on use. Never use it straight out bottle. it will have you smelling like peppermint for a week or longer and your neighbors may not like it. I live in apartment and my above neighbor was able to smell. I dilute it alot. I do recommend it, just be careful of use.
