I picked up the Gymproluxe Portable Gym to work out at home, and I was honestly surprised by how much you can do with it. The bands feel strong, the bar is comfortable, and it’s easy to adjust the resistance depending on the workout or how tired you are that day. I like that I can get a solid full-body workout without needing a lot of space or setting up heavy equipment. It’s been a convenient way to stay consistent, especially on days I don’t feel like going to the gym.

I am really enjoying this working out while I’m watching TV makes it so much more accessible and I actually do it because it’s like they’re in my living room compared to thing for a gym service that I never go to totally worth the money I would recommend

Its a good piece of equipment, didn't really get my chest the way I wanted but the other exercises for the back, biceps, traps shoulders are good. Unless you buy the extension ropes you'll be sitting down doing majority of the exercises. That is why I gave it 3 stars..

I love this thing. I use it mostly for arms and back workouts. Very handy, and can be used for so many other workouts. If you only have 15-20 minutes of times, this really comes into play.

While it definitely does have some benefits, it's a very cumbersome design and that's why I'm only giving it three stars. Changing resistance is achieved by either connecting or disconnecting three different colored bands and at first that is really difficult. And the other bands that you're not using, just hang there in the way, unless you remove them completely. They would also benefit from having one level lighter resistance. The starting weight is 22kg (10 pounds) and that's a bit much for someone who is just starting out. Also, they claim to have outstanding customer service, but did not respond to an inquiry sent several weeks ago. The training videos I followed, are easy to understand, that's a plus. And the trainer even suggests switching to lighter dumbbells at first if it's too much. But why go to the trouble of designing something if it can't be used by people at every level from the get-go? Don't know if I'll keep it.

Lifetime guarantee, but a small caveat… if you live outside GB, you will have to pay postage to get a replacement. I live in the US and will have to pay $18.80 US for shipping. I can buy an entire set of bands on Amazon for $35. I was doing flys with the band looped through a cloth loop and I’m 76 years old so it’s not like I’m a power house!😊
