Easy to use and no strong scent noted.

Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2026

You get plenty of product in the bottle - just over 13 oz - to use. It does not hav a strong clinical smell when applied to remove daily make-up which is nice - especially if have scent sensitivities. I have pretty oily skin and I do apply this to one of the loofa gloves and then gently rub over my face to remove makeup and dirt and grim from the day - I am in and out of customer homes all day long and I feel like I get sweaty - getting in and out of the car and being exposed to everyone’s home temperatures. I have not had any bad reaction at all to the use of the product - it does remove my makeup and seems to be effective with this. I have not noted any significant changes in my pore size though - which is fine - as long as my skin feels clean and smooth - I’m good!

    Excellent K-Beauty Micellar Water Cleanser

Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2025

This has to be one of the best micellar water cleaners that I’ve ever used. I love that it doesn’t seem to contain artificial fragrance and definitely don’t mind the slightly herbal scent it has from the ingredients. Just as expected, the product is a clear liquid and can be applied to a cotton pad or foam maker. I tend to use a cotton pads or a cotton washcloth and that works well for me.

This is a mild cleanser and technically you don’t even have to rinse it off or double cleanse. However, I find this takes a few go rounds to get off eye products so I prefer to stick to double cleansing and will follow this up with a traditional facial wash to make sure my face is ready for the rest of my skincare routine. It means that my second cleansing is more effective.

This is one of those rare items that I’d be likely to repurchase on my own since it’s high quality and effectively fulfills its purpose in my routine.

Nothing Wrong With It But Nothing Noticeably Special Either

Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2026

I got this product through Vine to try and honestly as far as I can tell it's pretty unremarkable. It's lightweight and non-greasy on the skin which is nice, and it's versatile enough to use for anything you'd use a facial cleanser for, makeup removal, general cleansing and so on. There's nothing wrong with it at all. But I also don't notice any visible or noticeable difference using it compared to just using a good solid natural cleanser. It's effective enough in the sense that it cleans your face, just nothing special beyond that. I personally wouldn't pay for a special micellar water when I'd rather just invest in a quality natural cleanser, but if you're already a micellar water fan this one seems perfectly fine. Your mileage may vary depending on your skincare routine and what you're comparing it to!

I still feel the need to double cleanse

Reviewed in the United States on October 11, 2025

I rarely wear makeup, but I wear sunscreen regularly and, since I have acne-prone skin, it's imperative that I clean my face well before bed. I pretty much always double-cleanse unless for whatever reason I haven't applied sunscreen since the last time I washed my face. This micellar cleanser does a pretty good job, but most nights I still follow it with a regular cleanser. I can see that it's taking the sunscreen off (it's very slightly tinted) but I don't feel like it's giving me the deep-clean that I've gotten used to. I'm also not sure what they're referring to in the instructions as far as using this as a foaming bubble cleanser. Maybe that would make it more effective? Not sure. It doesn't include a pump. I've used a few products from HYAAH and they've all been very gentle and great for sensitive skin. The other products were 5's and this one is not bad, it's just not a 5. I will likely stick with my double-cleansing routine with Anua Heartleaf cleansing oil over choosing this micellar water, especially since this micellar cleanser is nearly twice the price. But I like it enough to continue using it until it's gone.

    Gentle and Moisturizing but Pricey

Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2025

I can be quite lazy when it comes to skincare at night, so micellar water products have become my best friend. I've previously used Garnier (good) and La Roche Posay (great)'s versions, but I'm always ready to try alternatives.

I actually really like this micellar water. Yes, there is a slight earthy scent to it, but I don't find it that off-putting, and it dissipates soon after, so you don't really notice it. I found HYAAH's to be gentle and moisturizing, and it didn't cause my sensitive skin to turn red. I like that it has natural extracts that help the skin and isn't just plain micellar water, but also doesn't have a lot of unnecessary junk. The 10oz bottle is quite generous, but it is rather expensive for a cleanser.

Overall, I would probably purchase this again, but I would wait for a sale.

Doesn't leave skin feeling clean, overpriced

Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2025

Not really fond of this cleansing water. It does an okay job removing makeup, but my skin doesn’t feel truly clean afterward—it leaves a sticky residue that I don’t like. For nearly $30, I expected better performance. Definitely not worth the price.

    I like this product!

Reviewed in the United States on October 3, 2025

This product is simple to use and will last for a long time!

I followed the instructions - I applied it generously to a cotton pad and wiped my face. I didn't have a FULL face of makeup but I had on enough and it seemingly got most of it off!

I followed up and rinsed my face with some more while in the shower (although it said it wasn't necessary) and lo' and behold, my cleansing pad didn't show any make up residue! I was truly shocked but in a good way!

I have yet to find a product like this that doesn't have a harsh smell or this easy to apply that gets rid of virtually all of my make up without using a TON of it or it being small in size.

This product includes a generous amount which will last for a while and actually works!

I have no complaints about this product, it's gentle while being effective.

My skin has had no adverse reaction to this product and it really leaves my skin feeling clean!

I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a simpler make up removal routine that will keep your skin feeling fresh and clean - this is a good buy!

    Scentless, efficient makeup remover

Reviewed in the United States on October 13, 2025

I haven’t used a micellar water in a long time. I didn’t like how they felt on my skin. They would leave a slightly slippery layer behind.

But this cleansing water is another story. It really is amazing! It breaks down makeup quickly and leaves my skin feeling so clean afterwards. My skin doesn’t feel sticky, nor oily. But it’s also not dehydrated and tight. I usually splash my face with a little tap water afterwards and I’m ready for toner and lotion.

It’s my new go-to for evenings when I can’t be bothered with double cleansing. It has no scent, which is such a huge plus. It is pricier than regular micellar water, so the value for money will depend on each person’s needs.

The box arrives sealed with a sticker, same with the bottle.
