So sharp, so comfortable to hold and weighted well. A very nice set of steak knives. We have been pleasantly surprised as to how good these perform. We hand wash them to be safe.

Used them last night. I was reluctant to spend this much on flatware, but they sliced the steak better than my kitchen knives. I was worried that the serrations might be the kind on cheep knives that basically rips the meat with force. Nope! These knives hold a keen edge even in the nicely serrated area! Well worth it. Solid quality, highly functional, and quite pleasing in feel & appearance!
Beautiful case easy to remove knives. I gave only 4 stars because it is badly scratched. I will keep it and try to fix it myself.
